Mistake or irony?

------------------------------------------------------------------------
Joel:
I think I had a siezure when I read this
you won't believe it

seizure? more like "fatal aneyurism".

still, i probably have to get the album.

What?
I'm sorry, I don't understand.
I think I've lost a percentage of my higher brain functions.
I'm worried that next some sort of reptile brain survival behavior will
kick in and I'll end up with shish-ke-bab skewers in my ears.

While I do really think that music should feed into my intellect as well
as my emotions, having to puzzle out the meta-irony of innocence
covering innocence singing revolution is perhaps a bit to much.

Much like Elliott Garfield playing Richard III as "a man playing a woman
playing a man" just doesn't work in practice.

Wait: if devo was all about the tendency of modern man to devolve,
shouldn't the "sequel" to Devo be called Devo-1, DevoBETA, or DevoZERO
(instead of 2.0)

also, the thought had crossed my mind that this is either

a) a horrible money grab by the copyright holders to the all the songs
b) exactly what they told us would happen in all the songs
c) appears to look like exactly what they told us would happen in all
their songs, but is actually a horrible moneygrab by the copyright
hodlers to all the songs
d) some dimension-warping combination of all of the above

Your list there is EXACTLY what I was just talking about.

DO NOT SEEK OUT THE DEV2.0 WEBSITE!

it's just like call of cthulu: once you read the letter, there is no
going back.

(ps. if i could have, i would have bet money on the fact that there is
pixel art on the website. that was an easy win).

on a side note, my headphones are bleeding.

I'm assuming its 'D'
but don't trust me.
I'm slowly shutting down.
my only goal at this point is retaining control of my bladder and bowels.

'work in practice' is relative.
I suspect that
"We're through being cool"
will now become an anthem for all those kids out there expressing their
individuality with the same damn armband celtic tattoos that everyone
else has.

Too late.
one of my eyes refuses to open now.
I dared the gallery.
do you think they actually play their instruments?
Also, do you think (if you've looked) that all tweens look like morons?
I don't see too many of them day-to-day
(or, alternately, all tweens look like mormons?)
